Steve has been with Brackett-Krennerich since 1993 and is responsible for all phases of a project through its life cycle, from the earliest planning and programming through the final construction administration. Steve helps our clients tackle the complexities of obtaining appropriate approvals from local jurisdictions and uses his knowledge of building codes to educate our clients and find cost effective solutions for permitting and processing issues.
His vast knowledge of construction and detailing allows our firm to present clients with the architecture they know will be designed and solidly built to last.
