St. Bernard’s Health and Wellness, a division of St. Bernard’s Medical Center, is a state-of-the-art fitness, education, and lifestyle center located in the heart of Jonesboro, Arkansas. The facility houses many departments and programs aimed at developing an individual wellness program to the community. Departments include weight training, cardio, sports training, senses spa, cycling, and aerobics exercise. The natatorium includes a 4-lane, 25-meter lap pool for aquatic exercise, whirlpool, and warm-water exercise pool suited for rehabilitation. The Center also includes physical therapy, physicians clinics, and health assessment programming.
