Trumann High School

Trumann, Arkansas

In 2007 Brackett-Krennerich & Associates began the design for a new high school complex to hold 550 students in grades 9-12 for Trumann School District.

The building features 29 classrooms, a 550 seat auditorium, a 1,800 seat gymnasium, a cafeteria, band and choir rooms, a media center, vocational areas for classes in agriculture, ROTC, business education, home economics, and space for special education and physical education.

The state contributed $10 million toward the construction of the school which was roughly 60 percent of the cost. Voters approved a millage increase to fund an additional $6.5 million.
